Position Summary LCI Paper is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to grow our presence in the special event, hospitality, and restaurant markets. This role focuses on developing new business and expanding existing accounts by introducing premium paper products, customizable stationery items, menus, event collateral, and bespoke printed goods to clients in these sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with event planners, event venues, hotels, caterers, restaurants, and hospitality groups.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts through consistent outreach, product education, and exceptional service.
  • Sell a broad range of LCI Paper products, including fine papers, envelopes, custom printing, die-cut items, and specialty event collateral (menus, place cards, etc.).
  • Conduct in-person and virtual presentations, provide samples, and consult with customers on product selection.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support order processing, project customization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales growth targets.
  • Attend local and regional trade shows, industry meetings, and networking events as needed.
  • Track activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred; experience in hospitality, events, printing, promotional goods, or related industries is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and new business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and customer deadlines.
  • Knowledge of paper, printing, packaging, or design is helpful but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit clients and attend events.
