Job Summary :

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to help grow our client base. You will be responsible for generating new business, delivering engaging pitches, and closing deals. We need a persuasive communicator with strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of creative design.


Responsibilities :

  • Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry research, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Consultation : Understand clients' presentation needs and propose solutions that align with their goals.
  • Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring clients are satisfied and see the value in our services.
  • Account Management : Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their accounts, answering questions, and supporting them through projects.
  • Proposal Building : Work with the design team to create tailored proposals and quotes.
  • Sales Pipeline : Keep accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Sales Target : Meet and exceed sales targets by actively identifying and pursuing opportunities.


Requirements :

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a creative agency, design, or similar industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Motivated by meeting and exceeding sales goals, with a competitive and proactive mindset.
  • Knowledge of the presentation design industry, including trends and client expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changes.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach.
  • Proficient in CRM software, presentation tools, and other sales-related software.
