Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kerala for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining relationships with customers. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, conducting pitches and presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Regular collaboration with team members and management will also be integral for developing strategies and improving offerings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and deliver excellent customer experiences
• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to meet targets and drive business growth
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance productivity and build a collaborative team environment
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and adapt to client needs
• Previous experience in interior design solutions or furniture sales is a plus
• Candidates with Furniture/ Interior decoration experience will be considered for the role
