Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for handling leasing business of products such as Excavator and AWP
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, improve customer relationship files, expand business channels, and achieve annual business targets.
  • Follow up on the recovery of funds for related leasing business and project engineering business and reduce bad receivables.
  • · Achieve regional business goals by finding, developing prospective clients in the allocated region and strengthen the business
  • · Leading a team of marketing responsible for lead generation and conversion & achieving the monthly team target.
  • · Responsible for strong regional & market execution to accomplish sales and profit targets and monitoring business results of the area.
  • · Devise marketing strategies to achieve the regional sales target.
  • · Ideate marketing techniques to gain new clients and maintain the relations by reaching out to them, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.
  • · Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met.
  • · Effectively manage a team while guiding and leading them to achieve the departmental goals.


Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development, Sales Team Leadership, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Market Analysis and Business Development skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
