Quecko is a fast-growing, innovation-driven company building. As we expand our global footprint, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist International to help us scale our reach, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue in new markets.

About the Role:

The Sales Specialist International will be at the forefront of Quecko's expansion efforts. You'll identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets specifically Middle East, build strong client relationships, and execute sales strategies that accelerate international growth. This role is ideal for someone who's both a strategic thinker and a hands-on closer, with a passion for working across cultures and time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and clients.
  • Own the entire sales cycle ; from prospecting and lead qualification to deal negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partnerships, Marketing, and Product teams to tailor solutions for specific regions.
  • Conduct market research to inform go-to-market strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Represent Quecko at international events, conferences, and virtual engagements to expand brand presence.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide structured feedback from clients and markets to help shape product development and positioning.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with exposure to international markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to different cultural contexts.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and solution-based sales.
  • Experience working in Web3, Blockchain, tech, or fast-growing startups is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong asset.
  • Comfortable with frequent virtual interactions and occasional international travel.
