We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to support lead generation and outreach for our software development services.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for web, mobile app, AI, and custom software development services.
- Conduct outbound communication through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Understand client requirements and arrange meetings or demonstrations.
- Update CRM records accurately and follow up on leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to achieve assigned monthly goals.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales; experience in IT sales is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to explain software development services at a basic to intermediate level.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn outreach, or lead-generation tools is an advantage.
- Able to manage tasks independently and work toward set objectives.
