We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to support lead generation and outreach for our software development services.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads for web, mobile app, AI, and custom software development services.
  • Conduct outbound communication through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Understand client requirements and arrange meetings or demonstrations.
  • Update CRM records accurately and follow up on leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to achieve assigned monthly goals.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in inside sales; experience in IT sales is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to explain software development services at a basic to intermediate level.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn outreach, or lead-generation tools is an advantage.
  • Able to manage tasks independently and work toward set objectives.
