We are looking for a Sales Supervisor (Eastern Europe) to take part in Şişecam Headquarters located in Tuzla/İstanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience preferred; in export sales, especially in a multinational company will be an asset
  • Knowledge of export procedures and regulations
  • Fluent English skill, both written and spoken
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office programs
  • Strong demonstration of the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to take ownership and solve problems with a positive and resilient attitude
  • Having good networking abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • No restriction to travel


Job Description


  • Execution of activities aimed at meeting customer needs in line with the established sales strategies for the region
  • Establishment of customer communication and development of relationships within the framework of corporate culture and market/customer policies
  • Monitoring, reporting, and implementation of action plans for distributors' activities up to final sales end
  • Market developments, competitor analysis, tracking, and reporting
  • Collection price and profitability analyses, alternative product studies
  • Conducting customer visits and participating in fairs
  • Implementation of arrangements and practices to increase customer satisfaction
  • Research and negotiations for the creation of sales channels for new markets, customers, or new products in line with goals and strategies, reporting
  • Coordination with relevant departments in the demand, order, shipment, and after-sales service process
