Experts Communication is a leading BPO and IT service provider delivering world-class solutions to international clients. We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to assist our sales and operations team in managing client communications, leads, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Support Executive, you will support the sales team by handling client queries, coordinating leads, and managing sales-related operations. The role requires excellent English communication skills, multitasking ability, and familiarity with BPO workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Handle client queries and communicate updates professionally via calls.
• Maintain accurate sales records, lead data, and CRM entries.
• Support sales executives in managing leads, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Generate regular reports on sales and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Prior experience in BPO, sales support, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work night shift (7 PM – 4 AM).
