Position Overview

We are seeking a Team Leader / Sales Manager with 1-3 years of experience in Dubai real estate - a motivated professional who has successfully closed off-plan deals and can lead, train, and inspire a sales team to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate consultants.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Drive sales closures both individually and through the team.
  • Manage and convert filtered leads and company-provided leads into successful Closures.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the Dubai off-plan and secondary real estate market.
  • Support the team with negotiations, presentations, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for team growth and performance.
  • Ensure team members meet individual and collective targets.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of off-plan deal closures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent market knowledge and client relationship management.
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and guide team members effectively.
  • Presentable, motivated, and target-driven personality.
