Job Description – Sales Team Lead

Work Mode: Work From Office
Experience: 4–7 Years
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Requirement: Must have a personal laptop

Position Overview

The Sales Team Lead is responsible for managing and guiding a team of BDEs to achieve monthly sales and admission targets. The role involves monitoring performance, conducting training, and ensuring effective lead conversions. The candidate will handle escalation calls, support closures, and drive overall revenue growth. This position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing team members.
  • Motivate the team and run monthly performance improvement activities.
  • Set monthly sales and admission targets for the team.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective lead management and conversions.
  • Handle escalation calls and assist the team in closing admissions.
  • Review call quality, follow-ups, and lead pipeline updates.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Track attendance, productivity, and team in CRM/Excel.
  • Coordinate with management on sales strategies and overall business goals.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Good knowledge of sales, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in handling or leading a sales team.
  • Ability to train, guide, and motivate team members.
  • Strong communication skills (English, Telugu Mandatory)
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalation calls.
  • Target-driven, organized, and disciplined in work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
