We are seeking a high-energy, target-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate a sales team, close deals, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be experienced in team leadership, sales strategy, client acquisition, and performance management.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
- Lead, train, motivate & guide a team of Sales Executives.
- Allocate leads and track individual & team performance.
- Conduct weekly/monthly sales meetings and skill-building sessions.
- Maintain discipline, team culture, and professionalism.
Sales & Deal Closures
- Convert business leads into successful deals.
- Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiations.
- Handle objections and close high-value deals.
Reporting & Strategy
- Monitor daily/weekly sales performance reports.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights.
- Suggest and execute strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing & management for pipeline growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership or team-handling role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & customer relationship skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to drive performance, encourage teamwork, and maintain discipline.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM, lead management & target system.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience in Beauty / Skincare / Healthcare / E-commerce / FMCG sector.
- Experience with CRM software, lead tracking tools, and Excel/Sheets.
- Existing network or prior track record of achieving high sales targets.
Salary & Incentives
Compensation structure depends on skill level:
✔ Fixed Salary + High Incentives + Team Bonus
