We’re Hiring | Sales Trainer – Learning & Development at Healthians
Location: Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Department: Learning & Development |
Work Mode: On-site
Experience: 3–4 Years |
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive training to new hires and existing advisors on sales processes, product knowledge, CRM systems, and soft skills.
* Employ blended learning techniques — visual aids, simulations, live demos, and role plays — to create engaging, high-impact sessions.
* Drive sales effectiveness by training teams on consultative selling, objection handling, upselling/cross-selling, and value-based pitching to maximize conversion rates and Average Selling Price (ASP).
* Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to reinforce selling behaviors, improve call quality, and optimize sales funnel performance.
* Manage batch certification and skill evaluation processes to ensure advisors meet defined sales and quality standards.
* Partner with Operations and Sales teams to identify performance gaps and design targeted training interventions.
* Deliver refresher and reinforcement sessions to sustain sales momentum and keep advisors updated on new products and processes.
* Lead end-to-end training cycles — from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and content design to delivery and ROI measurement.
* Conduct pre- and post-training assessments, analyze performance data, and measure the business impact of training initiatives.
* Participate in live call sessions to demonstrate high-performing sales behaviors aligned with current processes and customer trends.
* Prepare and maintain training dashboards, reports, and analytics to track progress and outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications
* 3–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or Sales Training roles.
* Proven expertise in sales training, performance coaching, and revenue-focused learning programs.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills in both Hindi and English (verbal and written).
* Strong knowledge of consultative selling, negotiation, and objection handling techniques.
* Hands-on experience in content development, TNA, and training effectiveness evaluation.
* Analytical thinker with the ability to identify skill gaps and design data-driven interventions that impact conversion and ASP.
* Flexible to work 6 days a week with rotational weekly offs (roster-based).* Passionate about developing people, driving sales performance, and creating a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
