Salesforce B2C consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a multiple B2C consultants with 3 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce CMS SFRA B2C Frontend Script B2C Commerce WebPack and JavaScript. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on Multi-Channel Order Management Services. The position requires no travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions using Salesforce CMS and SFRA to enhance our multi-channel order management services.
• Oversee the development of B2C frontend scripts to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and improve user experience.
• Provide technical guidance on B2C Commerce projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize WebPack configurations for efficient build processes and faster load times.
• Develop and maintain JavaScript codebases ensuring high performance and responsiveness across all platforms.
• Analyze system requirements and design solutions that meet both technical and business needs driving innovation and efficiency.
• Ensure the security and integrity of data across all systems implementing best practices for data protection and compliance.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
• Mentor junior developers sharing knowledge and expertise to build a strong and capable team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying new knowledge to improve existing systems and processes.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Salesforce CMS and SFRA demonstrating a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
• Have a strong background in B2C Frontend Script and B2C Commerce with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in WebPack and JavaScript with the ability to write clean efficient and maintainable code.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
