Role Requirements -


  • Takes responsibility for own work or work stream meeting engagement/project objectives and quality standards
  • Prior experience in Salesforce mandatorily.
  • Should have at least one end to end Salesforce implementation project experience
  • Experience in client facing role and good communication skills.
  • Should have good understanding of Salesforce functionalities and features.
  • Should have good understanding of Salesforce data security and access model.
  • Should have good understanding of Salesforce reporting feature.
  • Should be able to of be able to develop solution using Salesforce configurations.
  • Proactively identifies work stream risks and issues; resolves them or escalates to engagement/account leadership
  • Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within a business function
  • Builds knowledge in a sector by contributing to relevant firm initiatives and eminence, and/or by attending sector conferences
  • Applies awareness of global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations
  • Should have at least one end to end Salesforce implementation project experience
  • Experience in client facing role and good communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein, AI, Chatbots is desirable
  • Should have good work experience on Sales cloud or Service cloud or Communities or Salesforce platform or Marketing cloud or Industry clouds.
  • Knowledge on Heroku and e-commerce will be a plus.
  • Ability to understand requirements and prepare effort estimates and overall system design.
  • Should have managed clients and lead a multi member team on the last few projects.
  • Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.
  • Ability to develop all project related documents like requirement document, system design document, use cases, test plan, training manual etc.



Qualifications


  • Extensive experience in solution design, client management, client demo, conducting design & development workshops
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
  • At least 1-2 end to end SFDC implementation experience in India or globally
  • Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes
