Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Ownership

Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.

Take ownership of work streams, from design and development to deployment and support.

Technical Expertise
:

Design and develop solutions using Salesforce configurations, adhering to best practices.
-
Ensure robust understanding and implementation of Salesforce functionalities, including data security, access models, and reporting features.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, functionalities, and user experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Stakeholder Management
:

Act as the primary point of contact for business teams engagements, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.

Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, present solutions, and conduct system demos for stakeholders.

Team Leadership
:

Lead and mentor a multi-member team, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.
-
Resolve project risks and issues or escalate them appropriately to ensure timely resolution.

Innovation & Strategy
:

Stay abreast of global trends and Salesforce advancements (Einstein AI, Chatbots, Industry Clouds, etc.) to address business needs effectively.

Contribute to internal initiatives by building domain expertise and sharing knowledge.

Documentation & Planning
:

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement documents, system design, use cases, test plans, and training materials.

Accurately estimate effort and costs for system design and development.
Required Skills & Experience
-
Core Salesforce Expertise
:
-
Minimum 4–7 years of relevant experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting.
-
At least
two end-to-end Salesforce implementation experiences
in India or globally.

Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud /Service Cloud

Technical Acumen
:

Strong understanding of Salesforce features, functionalities, and configurations.
-
Experience with Salesforce Einstein, AI, and chatbots is desirable.

Client Management
:

Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively, including requirement gathering, demos, and workshops.

Leadership & Organization
:

Proven ability to manage teams and deliver disciplined, organized project execution.
Qualifications

Educational Background
:
-
Graduate degree in Science or Engineering. MBA from a premier institute is highly preferred.

Experience
:
-
Hands-on experience in solution design, client management, and Salesforce development.
-
Strong exposure to the NBFC or financial services domain is desirable.
