What You Will Do To Help Drive Energy Transition

• Expansion of the existing Salesforce platform and integration into the IT system landscape (e.g. creation of custom objects)
• Customizing and implementation of sales, marketing and service processes in close coordination with the specialist departments
• Participation in international, exciting projects in the sfdc.com environment with special consideration of time and quality goals
• Processing and solving user support requests as well as processing service requests, incidents and change requests
• Administration of an international salesforce organisation using agile methods
• Mapping of business processes using Process or Flow Builders
• Design of KPI based reports & dashboards
  
  

What You Will Need On That Journey

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable training with appropriate professional experience
• Several years of experience in Salesforce administration based on the force.com platform
• Ideally certification as a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator
• Knowledge of system integration, data migration and experience with Salesforce Lightning
• Strong understanding of concepts and business logic
• Ideally, knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
• Analytical and structured way of thinking and working
• Independent as well as result and process-oriented way of working
• High level of commitment, confident demeanor and good communication skills
• Fluent in English.
