To support our continuous growth, we are looking for Salesforce Education Cloud Lead to join an amazing team of like-minded professionals and help our customers to transform the way they work and improve business performance.

• Manage end-to-end Education Cloud projects from requirements to go-live
• Develop Student 360 data model integrating SIS, LMS, and communication systems
• Collaborate with academic and administrative stakeholders
• Set up and customize Education Cloud features (Recruitment & Admissions, Student Success Hub)
• Ensure alignment with EDA and Salesforce best practices
• Design automation and engagement workflows using Flows, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud
• Oversee integrations with external systems and APIs
• Recommend reporting, analytics, and dashboards
