Salesforce Vlocity omnistudio Developer | 4+ years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Vlocity (OmniStudio) Developer with 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on expertise with Vlocity/OmniStudio tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform, using Vlocity's digital interaction capabilities to support complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Vlocity OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to gather and understand functional and technical requirements.
• Build and configure Vlocity Data Models, Product Configuration, and Integration procedures.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, maintainability, scalability, and performance standards.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce Connect.
• Participate in unit testing, system testing, and UAT.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration and custom development.
• Document technical designs and support knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 + years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 2+ years in Vlocity/OmniStudio.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, declarative development, and Apex programming.
• Proficiency in OmniStudio tools: OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures.
• Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Data Model and Product Configuration.
• Hands-on experience in building custom components using LWC (Lightning Web Components).
• Solid experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Vlocity/OmniStudio certifications (must-have or highly preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Industries (Communications, Health, or Insurance clouds).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Copado is a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD implementation in Salesforce projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹395,721.88 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
