Job Description:
We are looking for a Salesman (Business Development) who can actively bring new business opportunities to the company and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, present our services, and help develop and improve our offerings in line with the company’s activities in publicity, advertising, and packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in relevant industries
• Generate new business and achieve sales targets
• Present advertising and packaging services to customers
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Gather market needs and help improve the company’s services accordingly
• Prepare quotations and follow up on leads
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper service delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in advertising, marketing, or packaging)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid Bahrain driving license (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
