Urgent requirement for SAP Ariba Integration Developer + Production Support is required for our banking clients in Abu Dhabi ,UAE

Overview

We are seeking SAP Ariba Consultant/Developer to lead the implementation, integration, and production support of SAP Ariba solutions for the bank's procurement and vendor management processes. The role will focus on configuring and supporting Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management modules while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. This position requires a strong understanding of SAP-Ariba integration architecture, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across business and IT functions in a regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Procurement, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams to align Ariba workflows with bank policies and operational standards.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, training, and documentation for Ariba-related implementations and enhancements.
• Design and configure approval workflows, compliance checkpoints, vendor onboarding, and contract governance within SAP Ariba.
• Develop and maintain secure integrations between SAP Ariba, core banking systems, and third-party applications using CIG/CPI/PI/PO.
• Provide production support, monitor integration errors, troubleshoot incidents, and drive root-cause analysis for resolution.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance optimizations while maintaining system stability.
• Work closely with SAP Basis and Security teams to ensure proper user access control and data security.
• Participate in UAT and deployment activities, ensuring successful rollout and smooth post-go-live transition.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement within procurement and vendor management functions.

Key Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management modules.
• Deep knowledge of SAP-Ariba integration via CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway), CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), PI/PO middleware.
• Familiarity with Ariba Network, vendor collaboration, and document exchange processes (PO, Invoice, ASN, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SAP MM integration points with Ariba.
• Proficiency in incident management, debugging, and log analysis for production environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management modules - Must
• Strong experience in SAP Ariba Integration integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or third-party systems using CIG, CPI, PI, or PO - Must
• Strong experience in providing production support and managing end-to-end Ariba integrations - Must
• Strong experience in Banking - Must
• Strong experience on SAP-Ariba integration architecture - Must
