About the Division:

With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. What you will do?
SAP PPQM (Production Planning and Quality Management) Consultant responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP PP and QM modules, ensuring smooth production planning and quality management processes within our client's SAP landscape.
This role requires close interaction with business stakeholders, Technical Consultants, SM SAP & HOIT to ensure that production and quality management processes are optimized, while ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP PP and QM Configuration and Implementation:
- Design, configure, and implement SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules in alignment with business requirements.
- Manage the integration of PP and QM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, EWM, PM, CS, FICO).
- Lead workshops, gather requirements, and conduct fit-gap analysis for PP and QM business processes.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in production planning and quality management areas.
- Design solutions that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and minimize costs.
Customization and Enhancement:
- Configure and customize the SAP system to meet specific client needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments in SAP PP and QM modules as per the company & group standards.
User Support and Training:
- Provide end-user training, support, and documentation to ensure effective use of SAP PP and QM systems.
- Resolve day-to-day support issues, troubleshooting SAP system problems related to PP and QM.
- Team development & succession
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Prepare test cases, conduct system testing, and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Ensure that the implemented system complies with quality management standards and practices.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to resolve issues and implement changes.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including business users & IT team.

Education / Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- SAP PP & QM Certification (SAP S4HANA)
Experience & Skills:
- Proven & relevant experience in implementing and configuring SAP PP and QM modules (minimum 3-5 years of experience).
- Strong understanding of production planning processes and quality management practices.
- Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules (FICO, MM, SD, PM, etc.).
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Well managed & pro-active work behaviors
- Automobile’s SAP Implementation experience preferred
Performance Indicators:
- Delivery against SAP support scope implemented across the IT function (Local and Group)
- Compliance with Group and local SLAs for ERP user requests
- Overall Compliance with Application SLAs
- IT Security Audit compliance with SOPs and enforcement of SODs in SAP systems
- Service desk call closure SLAs
