Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP QM Module.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of QM.
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
Knowledge/Skills Required :
- Good understanding of business processes pertaining to Quality Management as part of domain knowledge.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA from SAP QM module perspective.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects mainly into designing and configuring QM module.
- Well versed with manufacturing process of Discrete, Repetitive and Process Industries and its relevance from QM perspective.
- Extensive knowledge of Incoming, In Process and Pre-Dispatch Inspection process, Defect Codes, Quality Scoring , Notification Management etc.
- Thorough knowledge on respective Master Data (Material Master, Inspection Plan, MIC, Defect Code etc).
- Well versed to use FIORI Transactional and Analytical Apps.
- Cross Functional experience with FICO, MM, PP, PM, SD, etc.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
- Understanding of accounting business processes.
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
- Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a Can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
- Ability to communicate effectively with domestic and international client.
- Knowledge of Batch Management functionality is must.
- SAP S/4 HANA Certification in QM is preferred.
- SAP PP , PM, Workflow, Notification knowledge is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of third-party tool interface is an added advantage.
- Understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
- Zeal to learn new things.

Qualifications Required :
- Any Degree.
- Certification/trainings preferably.
