Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA OTC Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of OTC configuration, integration, and IDoc-based interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SAP SAP OTC processes in S/4HANA environments.
• Work on OTC-related interfaces, enhancements, forms, and custom reports.
• Integrate OTC with systems such as EDI, GSX, WMI, C4, WebSphere using SAP IDocs.
• Manage IDoc processing, monitoring, reprocessing, and error handling.
• Handle batch job setup, monitoring, and optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Support Fiori applications related to OTC in S/4HANA.
• Participate in testing cycles — UT, SIT, UAT — and ensure smooth deployment.
• Provide L3/L4 level support and resolve complex issues within SLA timelines.
  
  

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in SAP HANA OTC.
• Strong SAP OTC configuration and cross-module integration skills.
• Deep understanding of IDoc workflows, error handling, and SAP interface processes.
• Experience with EDI/GSX/WMI/C4/WebSphere integrations.
• Working knowledge of S/4HANA and relevant Fiori apps.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP and debugging.
• Excellent communication, requirement-gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
