SAP HCM EC Payroll Consultant-Kuwait/ KSA

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in Kuwait/KSA Payroll to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) module. The ideal candidate will have strong functional experience in SAP Payroll localized for Kuwait, along with a solid understanding of SAP Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and testing of SAP HCM Payroll for Kuwait/KSA in line with local labor laws and organizational policies.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand payroll processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing, including earnings, deductions, end-of-service benefits (EOSB), loans, and retroactive calculations per Kuwait regulations.
• Configure taxation, social security (PIFSS), indemnity, and other statutory components specific to Kuwait.
• Support data migration, payroll simulations, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Provide production support, troubleshoot payroll issues, and implement changes or enhancements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Time Management, PA, OM, and Finance for integration touchpoints.
• Prepare detailed documentation including functional specs, process flows, and end-user training materials.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of SAP Kuwait/KSA Payroll.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP Payroll localization for Kuwait (including legal compliance and reporting).
• Proficient in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management.
• Hands-on experience with schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll cluster analysis.
• Experience working with SAP Fiori, SuccessFactors Integration, or SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with end-of-service calculations and localization nuances in the GCC region.
• Experience supporting public sector or oil & gas Or Banking industry clients in Kuwait
