About the Role
Key Responsibilities
1. SAP LE Functional Expertise
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP LE modules including:
Shipping: Delivery processing, shipment creation, route determination, and freight cost management.
Warehouse Management (WM): Inventory control, putaway, picking, transfer orders, and bin management.
Transportation: Planning, execution, and freight settlement.
2. Interface & Integration Management
Design and manage interfaces between SAP and external systems (e.g., 3PLs, carriers, WMS, TMS).
Collaborate with middleware teams (e.g., PI/PO, CPI) to ensure robust and secure data exchange.
Troubleshoot and resolve interface-related issues and ensure data consistency.
3. Business Process Analysis
Analyze current logistics processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP solutions.

4. Project Execution
Lead or support SAP LE-related projects including rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, EWM, FI) for integrated solutions.

5. Testing & Documentation
Prepare test scenarios, conduct unit and integration testing, and support UAT.
Document configurations, process flows, and training materials.

6. Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external partners to ensure solution alignment.
Provide training and post-implementation support.
