Job Summary

Connecting Dots ERP is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Trainer to conduct offline classroom sessions in Thane. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured and practical training covering key SuccessFactors modules, configuration, and implementation processes.

This is a flexible freelance opportunity for professionals passionate about mentoring and helping learners gain real-world, job-ready SAP SuccessFactors skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct offline SAP SuccessFactors training sessions (3–4 classes per week).
• Teach core and advanced modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation.
• Deliver training on system configuration, workflows, and integration concepts.
• Prepare and share training materials, exercises, and case studies.
• Provide feedback, clarification, and support to learners.
• Customize training delivery to suit learner backgrounds and pace.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central or other key modules).
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors configuration, data models, and implementation methodology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior corporate or academic training experience preferred.

Schedule

• Mode: In-person (Pune, Maharashtra)
• Frequency: 3–4 sessions per week
• Duration: ~1.5 hours per session
• Timing: Flexible
• Weekend sessions: As required
