We are currently expanding our training faculty and seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Trainer to join us.

Role Overview

We are searching for a skilled and enthusiastic SAP SuccessFactors professional with hands-on implementation and configuration experience to conduct offline training sessions. The trainer will be responsible for delivering module-wise instruction and real-world scenarios, guiding students toward proficiency and certification readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct offline classroom training for SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, LMS, etc.
• Design and deliver interactive lessons, practical assignments, and live demonstrations.
• Support learners by resolving queries, reviewing assignments, and sharing industry best practices.
• Assess student progress and ensure a structured and effective learning experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–15 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors with at least one full-cycle implementation.
• Strong knowledge of core modules and configuration.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Prior training, mentoring, or teaching exposure will be an added advantage.
