Location: Harrisburg, PA (50% Remote | 50% Travel)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Project Manager to lead a large-scale S/4HANA and SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation for a public sector environment. This role will drive the end-to-end technical delivery of a greenfield SAP transformation, ensuring solution integrity, integration design, and strict adherence to SAP RISE and Clean Core best practices.

This is a hybrid role, offering 50% remote work and 50% travel, with all travel expenses fully covered by the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical integration design for enterprise SAP transformation programs.
• Provide architectural leadership across:
• Solution architecture
• Application architecture
• Data architecture
• Guide cloud solution architecture, system landscape design, and data rationalization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in:
• Governance & standards
• Hybrid cloud architectures
• Integration technologies
• Cloud security, infrastructure, and operations
• Lead and support:
• High-level design workshops
• Blueprinting sessions
• Technical architecture design reviews
• Ensure strict compliance with SAP Clean Core principles and best practices.
• Provide continuous technical leadership throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Present project risks, technical challenges, and mitigation strategies to leadership and steering committees.

Mandatory Required Experience & Qualifications

✅ Public Sector SAP Project Experience – MANDATORY
✅ Proven experience leading large-scale SAP implementations
✅ Hands-on experience with:

• SAP S/4HANA
• SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP RISE implementations

✅ Strong expertise in:

• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• SAP Clean Core strategy (Certification strongly preferred)

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to support a 50% travel / 50% remote work model

Preferred Experience

• Experience leading greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Experience working in large, complex, multi-organization public sector environments

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
