Job Title: Scaffolding Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Scaffolding Operations Manager to oversee all scaffolding activities across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will manage teams, ensure compliance with safety standards, coordinate project planning, and deliver efficient, high-quality scaffolding services. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of scaffolding teams, including supervisors, foremen, and installers.
  • Plan, schedule, and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Review project scopes and ensure scaffolding solutions meet technical, safety, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and progress of scaffolding works.
  • Ensure all scaffolding activities comply with safety regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.
  • Train and mentor scaffolding teams, ensuring high skill levels and adherence to safety practices.
  • Manage material logistics, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Prepare reports, progress updates, and operational documentation as required.
  • Resolve site issues, delays, or technical concerns promptly.
  • Support tendering process by providing technical input, material lists, and manpower estimations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Scaffolding Operations Manager, Scaffolding Supervisor, or similar leadership role in construction, industrial, or oil & gas sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems (Cuplock, Ringlock, Tube & Clamp, etc.).
  • Understanding of scaffolding design, load requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read drawings, plans, and method statements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and client-handling skills.
  • Certifications such as CISRS, OSHA, Scaffolding Inspector, or similar qualifications are an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
