About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, smart, and highly organized School Coordinator to manage day-to-day academic and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, confident, and able to ensure smooth functioning across teachers, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily school operations and ensure discipline across campus.
• Coordinate with teachers regarding lesson planning, activities, syllabus progress, and exam readiness.
• Monitor classroom teaching quality, punctuality, and activity-based learning.
• Ensure smooth execution of daily/weekly activities, assemblies, competitions, and events.
• Maintain records: attendance, registers, notices, circulars, exam files, activity logs.
• Communicate professionally with parents through calls, WhatsApp groups, and PTMs.
• Help the management in planning academic calendars, event schedules, and school improvement tasks.
• Supervise cleanliness, safety, student movement, and school timings.
• Support during exams: paper checking follow-up, seating, supervision, and result preparation.
• Assist administration with fee reminders, notices, and documentation work.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Strong leadership and classroom management abilities.
• Organized, disciplined, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to handle teachers and parents professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Google Sheets).
• Experience in teaching or school administration preferred.

Work Timings
7:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
