School Coordinator

● Visit classrooms regularly to assess teaching practices, classroom environment, and student engagement.

● Use structured tools to collect qualitative and quantitative data from school visits.

● Share constructive feedback with teachers to improve instructional strategies.

● Coordinate with school leaders to schedule classroom visits smoothly.

● Document and report best practices and improvement areas observed across schools.

● Work with academic teams to develop and refine monitoring tools.

● Maintain accurate digital records of all visits and interactions.

● Prepare and submit periodic reports to the academic lead or project manager.

● Recommend teacher training needs based on field observations.

Pay: ₹9,481.95 - ₹35,000.00 per month
