Job Summary

The coordinator will work closely with the Principal to manage daily school operations, support teachers and staff, uphold student discipline, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and academically focused learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Principal in leading and managing school programs, staff, and operations
  • Support curriculum implementation and instructional improvement
  • Oversee student discipline, attendance, and behavior management systems
  • Collaborate with teachers to enhance student performance and engagement
  • Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the community
  • Ensure compliance with state and district policies
  • Coordinate extracurricular activities and school events
  • Support emergency procedures and safety initiatives

Qualifications

  • bachelors or Master’s degree in Education
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience; leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate staff and cultivate a positive school culture

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing student discipline
  • Knowledge of curriculum development
  • Familiarity with data-driven instruction
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
