School Counsellor(Part Time)

Job Description :

· The candidate should have good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.

· She should work with parents, teachers and students to foster learning, address school-related problems and promote a safe educational environment.

· She should be able to evaluate a student's special needs and accommodate them accordingly and maintain the record of the same.

· She should be able to conduct sessions and workshop with Children, Parents, and Teachers.

· Coordinate the calendar timeline conduct counselling sessions

· Design and hold workshops, seminars and webinars for group administration

· Be well-versed with Brainwonders biometric, psychometric and counselling services

· Review and update existing assessments and profiling tools, and curate/ design new psychometric assessments

· Enhance the scope of research by undertaking case study explorations, meta-analysis and systematic reviews

· Curate and execute various interactive group sessions, orientations, and workshops

· Knowledge about counselling with all age groups on an individual basis, and/or well mix groups of all ages

· Candidates with experience in personality, intelligence, career, and clinical testing will be preferred

Qualification: Masters Degree in Psychology

Experience Required: 3-4 Years

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
