Role - School HR
Location - Electronic City (Bangalore)
Key Responsibilities

Manpower planning – Conduct efficient planning of manpower requirement in academic and non-academic functions in School for optimum utilization of manpower.

Recruitment and Selection – Source, select and offer candidates for multiple open positions in the School throughout the year within prescribed TAT. Maintain a pool of quality candidates for future openings.

Onboarding and Induction – Ensure completion of new employee onboarding and induction in the organization. Ensure pre-and post-joining documentation and verification formalities are completed within stipulated time.

Performance Management – Assist the management in the process of goal setting, mid-term, and end term performance review of each employee as a part of the annual appraisal process.

Payroll and Compliances – Provide inputs on employee attendance, variable pay, leave encashments etc. for processing of monthly payroll. Ensure compliance to various statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT etc. are adhered to.

Internal Audits – Conduct monthly self-audits and participate in the quarterly and annual process audits conducted by the organization from time to time.

Desired Qualification
-
Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream from a recognized University in India or abroad

Postgraduate degree or diploma in Business Management with specialization in Human Resource Management.
Experience
-
3-6 years of experience in managing HR function in a small or medium sized organization of repute.

Experience in education sector or any other service sector shall be preferred.
