Job Description – Scrub Nurse

• Prepare OT with sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist surgeons by providing instruments and maintaining sterile technique.
• Ensure strict infection-control and safety protocols.
• Perform instrument and sponge counts before and after surgery.
• Handle and label surgical specimens correctly.
• Support smooth OT workflow and maintain accurate procedure records.

Qualification/Skills

• GNM/Bsc Nursing
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Scrub Nurse.
