Meet the customer&rsquo;s satisfaction on safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility on product supply.</li><li>
Responsible for performing all tasks assigned in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the established operating procedures and written or oral instructions from Superintendent.</li><li>
Ensure that maintenance notifications in SAP are carried out correctly. Verify SAP notification on field and approved with basic data i.e. functional location, malfunction description, damage code, priority, and hazard information.</li><li>
Participate in pre-work visits with Maintenance and Contractors to identify risk activities.</li><li>
Ensure each work permit related documents are prepared and handed over to the team.</li><li>
Participate in preparing maintenance or process shutdowns and turnarounds i.e. scope of works, prioritization of notifications (define consequences of malfunctions in terms of sector availability).</li><li>
Participate in area daily meeting and share the maintenance plan with team to ensure all equipment&rsquo;s are prepared for scheduled maintenance works (corrective and preventive).</li><li>

The KBR PSAB Program provides comprehensive BASE OPERATING SUPPORT-INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Assists customers with properly filling out Service Order Request.</li><li>
Utilizes work instructions, techniques, procedures, and approved criteria to promptly create and complete service order and work order requests in the system of record (Integrated Engineering Management System or IEMS). Sometimes pushes out work instructions using the Signal app.</li><li>
Job tasks, correctly performed impact the customer directly.</li><li>
May also perform some warranty coordination tasks.</li><li>

Principal Accountabilities:
Safety<ul><li>

Operations and Maintenance<ul><li>
Ensure the safety of all operations and maintenance personnel by utilizing the BHIG&rsquo;s Basic Safety Practice program, which includes Safety Work Permits, LOTO, Confined Space, etc. The position facilitates planning, organizing, auditing, and follow-up, to build the BHIG safety culture. Meet the customer&rsquo;s satisfaction on safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility on product supply.</li><li>
Responsible for ensuring all tasks assigned in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the established operating procedures and written or oral instructions from Superintendent.</li><li>
Ensure that maintenance notifications in SAP are carried out correctly. Verify SAP notification on field and approved with basic data i.e. functional location, malfunction description, damage code, priority, and hazard information.</li><li>
Participate in pre-work visits with Maintenance and Contractors to identify risk activities.</li><li>
Ensure each work permit related documents are prepared and handed over to the team.</li><li>
Participate in preparing maintenance or process shutdowns and turnarounds i.e. scope of works, prioritization of notifications (define consequences of malfunctions in terms of sector availability).</li><li>
Participate in area daily meeting and share the maintenance plan with team to ensure all equipment&rsquo;s are prepared for scheduled maintenance works (corrective and preventive).</li><li>
Participate in maintenance plan daily meetings with the Maintenance Leader and Planners to analyze daily notifications, and to contribute to the updating of the weekly maintenance schedule.</li><li>
Ensure equipment&rsquo;s readiness for maintenance activity and after completion back to operations.</li><li>
Manage and organize regular equipment testing and routine preventive Maintenance.</li><li>
Participate in the marking priority maintenance activities to guarantee the reliability and operational continuity of equipment and to agree the date of repair.</li><li>
Release and ensure all work permit precautions and required conditions are fulfilled, maximize safe work permit practices by healthy communication &amp; frequent site visits, ensure zero permit deviation</li><li>
Manage interface with all support departments for maintenance activities</li><li>
Need to have the necessary skills for conducting risk assessment and participate in unusual operational or maintenance activities.</li><li>
Contribute to achieving routine maintenance KPIs and objectives specific to the reliability, planning and scheduling.</li><li>
Ensure availability and updating of required procedures and schedules for special operations.</li><li>
Ensure minimum forced tags &amp; bypasses during operation by proper maintenance planning. Follow SIF procedure for forced tags &amp; bypasses.</li><li>
Build the plant technical capability through support coordination from Air Product&rsquo;s Regional and Global teams.</li><li>

Provide operations and maintenance support and participate / lead incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis. Identify &amp; implement sustainable corrective action(s).</li><li>
Act as the Single Point of Contact when dealing with internal issues of the facility, representing APQ and coordinating internal resources.</li><li>
Facilitate attainment of operations excellence and customer satisfaction via operations productivity, reliability, quality, cost reduction, services, continuous improvements, and meeting of budgets.</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering a minimum.</li><li>
15 years minimum in Steam Methane Reformer based gas, petrochemical, or related industries in operations, engineering, and/or maintenance function.</li><li>
10+ years in line supervision of process operations roles.</li><li>
Proven coordination experience in a multi team environment which includes operations, engineering, and maintenance.</li><li>
Good leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively throughout all levels within the organization and externally.</li><li>
Promotes a &lsquo;one team&rsquo; environment</li><li>
Ability to communicate and manage customer interactions on day-to-day basis.</li><li>
Wide technical knowledge in operations, engineering, and maintenance activities.</li><li>
