Compile Initial &amp; Final inspection reports including Photographs of equipment.</li><li>
Visual inspection at arrival and produce report.</li><li>
Sizing/measurements/dimension check.</li><li>
NDT inspection, acceptance parameters.</li><li>
Determine repair work scopes and inspection report and work instructions for Supervisor review (where applicable for repairs).</li><li>
Ensure that any modification is reviewed by the QC Supervisor and is properly controlled and documented.</li><li>
Prepare for audits &amp; Calibration.</li><li>
Arrange for X-Ray / PWHT / Third party interventions as per arising requirements from production department or job requirements and advice as required.</li><li>
Produce COC and ensure to compile final complete documentation.</li><li>
Assisting in effectively implementing and maintaining Quality Management System across the Business Units.</li><li>
Provide responses based on root cause analysis for quality issues, customer complaints and corrective action requests as directed by Regional QHSE Manager/QA Engineer.</li><li>
Provide support for identifying work specific international standards as part of facilitating competitive advantage for the business.</li><li>
To support maintaining the API standards/specifications pertaining to product quality.</li><li>
Interacts with facility staff and other QC representatives for effective implementation of quality policies and procedures.</li><li>
Controls and updated the QC documents and records, ensure monthly reports are received on time and prepare monthly QMS reports as directed by the Regional QHSE Manager.</li><li>
Responsible for the general housekeeping and cleaning of area of working.</li><li>

Required Skills / Knowledge</b></h4><ul><li>
Knowledge Measuring instruments / oilfield equipment</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of inspections, hardness inspection and NDT procedures.</li><li>
Hands-on experience inspection on Rotary Equipment such as pumps, Blowers, centrifuges etc.</li><li>
Operating Understanding PMI machine</li><li>
Calibration of measuring instruments and gauges</li><li>
Knowledge of measuring / inspection parameters for oilfield equipment.</li><li>
Dimensional check &ndash; precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, bore dial gauges, vernier, height gauges etc.</li><li>
Knowledge of Turbines, Rotating equipment, pumps</li><li>
Knowledge of API 610 and relevant standards</li><li>
Knowledge of Welding Technology (desirable).</li><li>
Knowledge and Understanding of Quality Management principles and practice within an organizational context.</li><li>
Good communication skills in English language, both verbal and written.</li><li>
Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Experience</b></h4><ul><li>
5 years previous experience in a similar role essential in oil and gas mechanical/workshop environment</li><li>
Knowledge of handling Measuring instruments / oilfield equipment/rotating Equipment&rsquo;s Product knowledge/exposure.</li><li>
Roteq: compressor, pumps, steam turbines, blowers, gearboxes, fans,</li><li>
Manufacture: Rotating Equipment&rsquo;s components such as shafts, wear ring, impellers, bushes, sleeves, and associated components etc.</li><li>
Repair: Oilfield equipment, Manifold, Centrifuges, Mud pump, Turbines Etc.</li><li>
Good communication skills in English language, both verbal and written.</li><li>
Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Education Requirements</b></h4><ul><li>
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering desirable</li><li>

Light physical effort or significant manual dexterity.</li><li>
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability to work in an office and workshop setting and operate relevant equipment.</li><li>
