 Criteria

 Bachelor&rsquo;s, Master&rsquo;s, or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related role, with a track record of delivering production-grade solutions.

 <li>
 Demonstrated expertise in agentic AI, generative AI, and multi-modal systems, including the development and deployment of autonomous agents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in Python, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scala, or similar languages and frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud-based data platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and best practices for model validation and monitoring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong EDA and data storytelling skills, with the ability to influence business strategy through data-driven insights.

 <li>
 Experience leading projects and mentoring junior team members.
