   5. Qualifications &amp; Skills
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Master&rsquo;s degree or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  &bull; Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in report and publication layout.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS PowerPoint and CorelDRAW.
 </p>

  &bull; Strong portfolio demonstrates relevant work with strong creativity and design sense to produce visually compelling materials.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Experience working with development organizations or donor-funded projects is a plus.
 </p>

  &bull; Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

  &bull; Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

   6. Project Timeline and Milestones
