You will own the go-to-market success of our onshore portfolio, covering Utilities, Onshore Oil &amp; Gas, Healthcare, Retail, and other weather-sensitive industries. Your work will have a direct impact on revenue growth, customer adoption, and market perception of our solutions. Based in the US, you will collaborate closely with global teams and customers to shape product narratives, drive market adoption, and ensure our value proposition is clearly understood and recognized across target industries and regions.</div><div></div><div>

Main responsibilities</div><ul><li><div>
Craft Product Positioning &amp; Messaging: Translate unique product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with our global onshore audiences.</div></li><li><div>
Drive Global Go-To-Market Initiatives: Lead launch campaigns, promotions, and &ldquo;always-on&rdquo; programs in close collaboration with domain experts, regional marketers, and product managers.</div></li><li><div>
Support Sales Enablement: Create high-impact sales kits, landing pages, web content, presentations, social media content, insights and training to help sales teams win new customers.</div></li><li><div>
Market &amp; Customer Insight: Continuously analyze and ensure a deep understanding of customer personas, competitive landscape, and market shifts.</div></li><li><div>
Customer Voice &amp; Roadmap Input: Gather client feedback through interviews and surveys and feed it into our domain, product development, and marketing plans.</div></li><li><div>
Content &amp; Channel Strategy: Guide consistency of messaging across digital channels, social media, email campaigns, and events, supporting awareness and lead generation.</div></li><li><div>
Performance &amp; Data Insight: Use HubSpot, define KPIs, monitor campaign and feature adoption metrics, and adapt GTM strategies based on market feedback and analytics.</div></li><li><div>
Accelerate AI-Augmented Marketing: Advance the adoption of current GenAI tools and help accelerate the implementation of GenAI in actual Product Marketing workflow.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Core requirements</div><ul><li><div>
3+ years experience of B2B Product Marketing, ideally within Onshore energy, SaaS, utilities, weather analytical industries.</div></li><li><div>
Solid understanding of offshore operations and/or weather-related services.</div></li><li><div>
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).</div></li><li><div>
Great English communication skills, both written and verbal.</div></li><li><div>
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing decisions.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborative working style, with experience partnering across functions such as sales, product, and commercial teams.</div></li><li><div>
Curiosity and openness to adopting AI-assisted tools to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
