  The Senior Procurement Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing the procurement strategy for Poultry, Beef, Mutton, and Trade Items (French Fries, Vegetables, Pastries), ensuring a resilient supply chain, cost efficiency, and uncompromising quality standards across entities.
 </p>

  Overseeing a $350 million spend, 1,700 SKUs, and 300 suppliers, this role demands strong negotiation skills, proactive risk management, and strategic cost control to optimize procurement performance. Additionally, the Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for local purchases in KSA &amp; UAE, working closely with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and foster category growth.

   Qualification, Experience and Skills
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant specialization is a plus.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience: Minimum 7+ years of procurement experience must be in FMCG, Meat, poultry or Frozen Foods, with a proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Procurement Expertise: Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills, with the ability to drive cost efficiencies and risk mitigation strategies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Procurement ERP systems such as Coupa, SAP, Oracle, and data analytics tools for cost modeling and market analysis.
  </li>
  <li>
   Certifications: MCIPS, CPSM, or equivalent procurement certification preferred, demonstrating a commitment to procurement excellence.
  </li>
  <li>
   Analytical &amp; Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex procurement data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop actionable sourcing strategies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of cost structures, budgeting, and financial impact assessment in procurement decisions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, R&amp;D, Finance, and Operations, ensuring procurement strategies align with business goals.
  </li>
  <li>
   Leadership &amp; People Management: Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing teams, fostering a high-performance culture within procurement functions.
  </li>
