Key Responsibilities

• Teach English language and literature to students of Grades 6–10.
• Prepare engaging and well-structured lesson plans aligned with the ICSE curriculum.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and critical-thinking skills.
• Design assessments, evaluate students’ progress, and provide timely feedback.
• Incorporate creative teaching strategies, differentiated instruction, and activity-based learning.
• Maintain an inclusive and disciplined classroom environment.
• Guide students in co-curricular activities such as debates, elocution, drama, and literary events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan academic goals and implement school initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
• Participate actively in school meetings, trainings, workshops, and professional development programs.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Post Graduate degree in English.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) – Mandatory.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Sound knowledge of ICSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
• Ability to integrate technology into classroom teaching.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to the school’s values, culture, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior teaching experience in an ICSE school.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,933.19 - ₹43,335.76 per month
