Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the secondary sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate real estate agents focused on secondary market transactions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand company market share in resale and leasing.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure agent productivity.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market trends, communities, and developers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and professional follow-up.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that drive listings and buyer leads.
  • Oversee negotiations, deal closing, and documentation processes in line with RERA and company policies.
  • Ensure all agents adhere to the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA compliance standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, preferably in secondary sales.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and own car.
  • RERA Certification is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
