JOB DESCRIPTION – SECONDARY TEACHER (Grades 6–10)

1. Position Overview

To teach assigned subjects at Secondary level with academic rigor and prepare students for board examinations.

2. Key Responsibilities :

• Teach subjects such as English, Maths, Science, Social Science, Hindi/Marathi, Computer, etc.
• Create detailed lesson plans aligned with board curriculum.
• Prepare students for tests, prelims, projects, and board exams.
• Use digital tools, smart boards, and modern teaching techniques.
• Assess student performance and provide improvement feedback.
• Maintain academic records and class discipline.
• Provide remedial classes and exam‑oriented guidance.
• Coordinate with parents and attend meetings.
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and workshops.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications :

• B.Ed (mandatory) with relevant subject specialization.
• Knowledge of SSC/CBSE curriculum.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide students academically and emotionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
