Position: Secretary General / Call Center
Location: Shuwaikh (Full-time, On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events
- Handle correspondence and support management
- Maintain records and office supplies
- Ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in call handling and CRM
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters
- Team player with self-motivation
