Assist in planning and executing new security projects, ensuring smooth implementation and progress tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including facilities management, security operations, and external vendors.
Continuously monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Manage project budgets, procurement activities, and resource allocation effectively.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including project plans, schedules, reports, and meeting records.
Ensure all project activities adhere to client requirements, industry standards, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
Conduct regular site visits; organize and participate in client and internal team meetings; prepare agendas and ensure follow-up on action items.
Support the development of project status updates and presentations for senior leadership.
Prepare and submit monthly timesheets accurately and on time.
Assist in the onboarding process for new staff and handle SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) application procedures.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions or briefings for both existing security personnel and recruits.
