Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers to join our educational team. This role requires a strong understanding of childhood development principles and the ability to implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of preschool-aged children.

Duties

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves and develop their skills.
• Monitor and assess children's progress in various areas including physical education, behavior management, and social interactions.
• Engage with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns regarding child welfare.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance classroom management strategies and share best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that is conducive to learning and exploration.

Requirements

• Experience working with preschool-aged students is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate children and engage with parents.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children are essential qualities for success in this role.
