Compensation

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Management Experience
• 5+ Years Sales Experience
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
• Ability to Lead and Coach Sales Specialists and Facilitate a Positive Culture
• Strong Math Skills and an Understanding of Consumer Financing
• Bilingual a Plus

Responsibilities

• Keyholder – Open and Close the Retail Location
• Sell in Rotation with Sales Specialists
• Supervise, Train, Motivate and Coach Sales Specialists
• Participate In and Review Sales Transactions for Accuracy
• Plan, Promote and Execute Sales Events
• Promote the Business through Social Media, Hiring Events and Other Community Outreach Opportunities
• Maintain Store Goals and Key Performance Indicators
