Senior 3D Visualiser

Role Summary:

Responsible for producing high-quality, photo-realistic interior and exterior architectural visualisations / CGIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate 3D models, materials, lighting, and renders from CAD drawings and design briefs.

• Deliver photo realistic CGIs (exterior and interior), for presentations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in architectural visualisation (interior & exterior).

• Expert in 3ds Max & V-Ray.

• Expert in Photoshop to do post-production for render in addition to making rendered plans from Auto Cad files.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD is required to export drawings to 3ax and Photoshop.

• Strong understanding of architecture, material, lighting, and composition.

• Excellent visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Portfolio Requirement:

Applicants must present a strong portfolio showcasing both interior and exterior photo-realistic renders, including modelling, lighting, and post-production work.

Note:

• AutoCAD professional work / experience is an advantage.
