Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager to drive business
growth by managing key client accounts and acquiring new high-value customers. with
deep experience in selling IT solutions and services to enterprise and mid-market clients.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship management skills and
a strong track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value clients

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer
satisfaction and retention

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts

Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, usage, and
expansion opportunities

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to
deliver tailored solutions to clients

Forecast sales metrics and provide regular pipeline updates to leadership

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Mentor junior sales team members as needed
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or
related field

5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically in IT solutions, systems
integration, or managed services

Proven success in managing key accounts and achieving sales quotas

Strong consultative selling skills and a customer-centric approach

Strong understanding of modern IT environments—Data Management, cloud
(AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, etc.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proficiency in CRM software
